This bag is ideal to wear whilst out walking your dog.  
Simply place a roll of poo bags in the front zipped pocket and pull through the eyelet in the front when needed.
There is also a pouch for doggy treats or other personal belongings.
The main zipped compartment of the bag has plenty of room for extras such as keys, sanitiser etc.
